What Happens Next
How we hire
Step 1 · You apply
Fill in the form on the posting and attach your CV. You will see a confirmation on screen as soon as it is received.
Step 2 · We read it
Every application is read by a member of the ashram. We aim to respond within two weeks, whether or not we take it further.
Step 3 · Conversation
Shortlisted candidates are invited to the ashram to meet the people they would be working with, and to see the work first-hand.
Step 4 · Trial and offer
For teaching and training roles we usually ask for a demonstration class. An offer follows, with the terms set out in writing.
The ashram does not charge any fee at any stage of recruitment, and has no
