About the role
- Manage and lead a team of field agents.
- Oversee daily field verification and collection tasks.
- Visit BC and verify documents for banking services.
- Ensure all field work follows BC and bank rules.
- Report daily progress to the branch manager.
What we are looking for
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
- 1–3 years' experience in banking, microfinance, or field operations.
