Lead field accounting and banking correspondent (BC) collection operations at our Nimpith centre.
About the role
- Manage and lead a team of Accounts.
- Oversee daily field verification reports and collection tasks of accounting.
- Verify documents for banking services.
- Ensure all accounting work follows BC and bank rules.
- Report daily progress of all accounts.

What we are looking for
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
- 1–3 years' experience in Accounting, microfinance, or field operations.
- Minimum Graduate (B.Com (H) preferred).
